Designed and landscaped by some of Australia’s leading professionals, the Turtle Street villas and apartments exude the highest quality yet maintain an understated beach lifestyle. Meticulous care has been taken to minimize the disturbance to the environment. External materials and colours selected for the buildings have been carefully chosen in order for them to blend into the natural landscape.

All buildings have been designed for cross ventilation to capture the ocean breezes. Open plan living areas spill seamlessly to large outdoor decks enjoying magical views. Extensive use of glass allows the outside in creating a light and refreshing seaside ambience. All villas and apartments have been painstakingly designed to maximize their fabulous location and enjoy breathtaking natural surrounds and ocean views.

In keeping with the uniqueness of the natural landscape, understated luxurious designer fittings and inclusions exclusive to this project have been used throughout. All villas and apartments will feature lime washed oak wood floors, granite counter tops, plantation shutters and timber verandahs while furnishings have been selected for overall comfort and lifestyle rather than what looks good in a magazine. All will have full security.
